Limitations
Outlook does not include any kind of year planner beyond what you see in the normal Day/Week/Month view. If you need to print out the full calendar for a year and don't like the way Outlook does it, you might try one of the Word templates listed at Calendar Tools.
You cannot print detailed notes from your appointments on a Day/Week/Month view printout. The Include: Notes area setting in the Page Setup dialog for different print styles refers to a blank area on the printout for handwritten notes. If you want a detailed printout of your appointments with notes, use the Calendar Details print style.

Outlook 2007: Month Calendar Printing Bug
When you print a series of months from Outlook 2007, you may not get the result you expected (or had with older versions of Outlook). When you start with a month that extends over 6 calendar weeks (such as Dec 2007), each month in the printout will contain 6 weeks. Along with having a week

Show Separate Business and Personal Calendars
There's a simple solution for all versions of Microsoft Outlook, thanks to Richard S. Champlin: Add two categories -- Personal and Business work fine -- and apply one or the other to each of your appointments. Create two filters for the Calendar folder, one to show only the Personal category, the other displaying only the
