Also Trend Micro says "software-solutions.so.nz" is an unsafe website.
It's the correct site, they changed the domain (and aren't very good webmasters). I know the purchase now > create account links don't work - you need to go through My Aladdin account link instead.

If it's a Toshiba and its saying something like "You've got mail" (and you don't use AOL), you have an application called Toshiba Voice enabled. Go to Outlook's File, Options, Trust Center, Add-ins and remove the check from "Mail Speak (TOSHIBA)". If you can't find Addins, what version of Outlook?
If its reading mail, check your Accessibility settings in Control panel. You have Narrator enabled. Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Ease of Access Center.
If neither of those are the problem, what is it saying?
