Im looking for a calendar which will send reminders to individually designated people who share the calendar. I want to use this as part of my intranet with reminders for people in the company of company events or critical actions allocated to them and so sent to them only

You want emailed reminders? I'm not aware of a utility that can do that - a macro could do it. Or maybe Flow, if you have Office 365.

Hey,
This is a great post! Keeping a calendar is important and it's so hard to find a good template, even with the microsoft search server. I'm glad to see these available!
Best,
Dennis

Great Info. My company displays an outlook calendar on a signage screens outside of our conference rooms for meeting schedules. It is shown weekly, is there a way or a plug-in, that will allow the calendar to change to the next week automatically.

Across a multi-site business, Is there a way to allow a calendar owner to pick an alternative free/busy color dependent on location? This would then allow others to see in scheduling assistant when they can arrange meetings with them. Many thanks for any suggestions.

If a company is based across multiple locations and users move around these different locations, is there an add-in that will enable Scheduling Assistant to display a different colour for recipients, dependent on where they are based or which location they have a meeting on, please?

Not really... not using native Outlook print functions and the day/multiday calendar. The Agenda format should include the times, but it doesn't have the time scale. I don't recall offhand if the calendar printing assistant included the times - but some of the 3rd party tools might. the other option would be to add the times to the subject field (a macro could do this).
