Hey,
This is a great post! Keeping a calendar is important and it's so hard to find a good template, even with the microsoft search server. I'm glad to see these available!

Great Info. My company displays an outlook calendar on a signage screens outside of our conference rooms for meeting schedules. It is shown weekly, is there a way or a plug-in, that will allow the calendar to change to the next week automatically.

Across a multi-site business, Is there a way to allow a calendar owner to pick an alternative free/busy color dependent on location? This would then allow others to see in scheduling assistant when they can arrange meetings with them. Many thanks for any suggestions.

If a company is based across multiple locations and users move around these different locations, is there an add-in that will enable Scheduling Assistant to display a different colour for recipients, dependent on where they are based or which location they have a meeting on, please?

Not really... not using native Outlook print functions and the day/multiday calendar. The Agenda format should include the times, but it doesn't have the time scale. I don't recall offhand if the calendar printing assistant included the times - but some of the 3rd party tools might. the other option would be to add the times to the subject field (a macro could do this).

Offhand no, but a macro should be able to do it. (An upcoming feature in outlook.com and exchange online is the ability to do this automatically.)

I use the second macro at https://www.slipstick.com/developer/code-samples/create-outlook-appointment-from-message/ to copy the body to a new appointment form. It would be possible to use regex to get the dates from the message and fill those in as well.

Great resource! Thank you! I've been looking forever for something like Database Exporter for Outlook. I was excited to see it described here, but it doesn't seem to be a compatible with Macs. Is that right? If so, is there anything similar I can use to perform these export functions on a Mac?
