Limitations
Outlook does not include any kind of year planner beyond what you see in the normal Day/Week/Month view. If you need to print out the full calendar for a year and don't like the way Outlook does it, you might try one of the Word templates listed at Calendar Tools.
You cannot print detailed notes from your appointments on a Day/Week/Month view printout. The Include: Notes area setting in the Page Setup dialog for different print styles refers to a blank area on the printout for handwritten notes. If you want a detailed printout of your appointments with notes, use the Calendar Details print style.

Sharing Outlook Calendars FAQ
I'm trying to figure out how to set up a shared folder in Outlook 2013. I have an ActiveSync account and need to share my calendar with another person. I'm going to assume the ActiveSync account is Outlook.com, because that is the only email provider that supports ActiveSync in Outlook. You can only share calendars
FAQ: Problems creating Appointments
Solutions for common issues affecting Microsoft Outlook calendars users.
Wrong Calendar Name is Displayed in the Title and Taskbar
The problem: when you have multiple calendars selected in Outlook and close (uncheck) the first calendar, the calendar's name remains in the title bar and taskbar. Any custom views for the original calendar will remain in the Current view picker. This is a known issue. It's not so much a bug but a limitation of

Appointments are disappearing from the calendar
We've had a lot of people complaining that a range of old appointments are missing from the calendar. For example, in November they notice appointments from July and earlier are still in the calendar but appointments in August and September are missing. When all old appointments go missing AutoArchive is the most likely culprit, but

Understanding Outlook's Calendar patchwork colors
Users often complain about the patchwork coloring in Outlook's calendar. This is caused by setting All Day Events to Show time as Busy and setting a color category on the item. Tentative, Working elsewhere, and Out-of-office also add color to the days.
Outlook 2010 Group Scheduler
Earlier versions of Outlook had a group calendar window that was separate from Outlook so you could keep a group schedule visible while working in outlook and other applications. The group calendar was changed in Outlook 2010. Rather than having a separate list of groups that you can display in a scheduler-like window when needed,

Outlook Quick Tip: Missing Calendar Bell
Several users who recently upgraded to Outlook 2010 or Outlook 2013 wondered what happened to the reminder bell: The Calendar reminder bell is not displayed on the month view. It's on the other views. How do I turn it on for the month view? Microsoft turned off the bell to give a cleaner appearance. You

Display (or Hide) Start and End Times
Whether the Start times display in the calendar is wholly dependent on the size of the Calendar section. If the calendar is too narrow, the times are hidden.
Outlook only displays 12 months of Free/Busy information
When you use Microsoft Outlook 2010 to connect to a mailbox that is located on Microsoft Exchange Server 2010, you can only see 12 months of your Free/Busy data. However, when you use Outlook Web App (OWA) to view your Free/Busy information, you can see beyond the 12 months. Additionally, if you use Outlook 2010
