This question came from a visitor to our Outlook Forums:
I want to use Autopreview when looking at the list of results returned in the Advanced Find dialog, but there are no menu items in Outlook 2010's Advanced Find window.
While you can't apply different views to the Advanced Find window, you can change the current view by right clicking on the row of field names in the results window and choosing from the context menu. You can choose from the usual Arrange By options or select View settings to customize the view. Filter and Conditional Formatting are not available but all of the other custom view options are available.
Unfortunately, the views you create are not persistent so when you close the Advanced Find window, the view resets to the default.
Is there a setting someplace to that the results from the Outlook Search box does not select (or start out with) have the last item at the bottom in the search results window but instead has the first one at top selected? I know I can change the results order by clicking on a desired field at the top, but I'd prefer it defaults to the most recent item, not the last so I dont have to scroll up in what is often a lengthy list.
You can try customizing the search view - the changes usually stick. Or create a custom view.

How do you change the default advanced find view in Outlook 2010?
As far as I know, you can't - it's predefined.
Microsoft 2013 should be upgradable to MS 2007, as 2013 is a piece of trash !!!
Has anyone created a script that would allow exporting of Advance Find results?
What do you need to do with them? You can manually "export" using copy and paste.
If you need to automate it, you need to create a search query or use the AdvancedSearch object then save the results
