Posted Dec 5, 2024As you know, in the classic Outlook for Windows, rules can run automatically only in the "Inbox" folder (for ingoing messages) and in the "Sent Items" folder (for sent messages). You can manually (but not automatically!) execute your rules in other folders. This add-in for Outlook allows you to manually or automatically run the set of rules in any folders. RunAnyRule add-in also can set if the given rule will be applied to all messages or to only read messages or to only unread ones.

A lot of people want to retain attachments when they reply or reply to all. This add-in allows a user to reply to a message and include the original attachment. Version 1.0.7 is just released. Small bugs have been fixed.

In other words, when a person who is a member of the distribution list replies to a message sent to the distribution list, the default sender address will be the distribution list address.
Posted Jun 27, 2024RightFrom automatically fills in the correct From address when the user is responding to a message in another user's Exchange mailbox. Also RightFrom utility can associate the signatures with the mailboxes. When John Doe navigates to Sales mailbox and clicks the "New message" button, the From: field will be populated automatically with "Sales" and the salesperson (non-default) signature will be added to the message automatically too.
