Posted Dec 14, 2023This flow ensures that the message created with the second mailbox's From address stay in the mailbox that it originated from after saving (i.e. it will be placed to Drafts folder of the second mailbox if you click Save). Example: An Outlook user has access to shared mailboxes (usually "Info", "Sales" etc). They create a new message and select a shared mailbox address as the From address. When they click on the Save button, the draft is saved in their personal Draft folder, not in the Draft folder of the shared mailbox. The Flow saves the draft in the correct folder.
