Outlook's Default Attachment Size
Outlook has a default limit of 20 MB for sending email messages, which is about right for most ISPs. When you try to send a large message, Outlook lets you know that the message is too large before the message is sent to the Outbox. You can change the limit by editing the registry.

Messages are sent from the wrong account
When sending mail from other applications, such as accounting or invoicing applications, messages will be sent from the email account associated with the default data file, not the default email account.

Designate the Account Used to Send a Message
If you have multiple accounts configured in Outlook, you can choose the sending account when composing the message. By default, the account that downloaded the message will be used to send any reply. New messages are sent using the account assigned to the data file you are currently viewing.

Apostrophe & quotation marks are inserted with extra spaces

Stop Showing Contact Pictures in Messages
