Reply to All Includes My Address

When you have multiple accounts in your profile Outlook sometimes has a problem recognizing who "you" are and includes all email addresses in a Reply to All. Outlook 2003 handles it better and as long as your address on the message is the one used as the From address for the account, it will be removed when you choose Reply to All.

To automatically remove your address when replying to all use Reply To All Monitor.

If you are used to this 'feature' from older versions of Outlook and want to include yourself in replies sent using Outlook 2003, you'll need to create an after sending rule to CC or BCC yourself or use one of the add-ins below.

To create a rule, from the Tools menu choose Rules and Alerts, then select Create from a blank rule and choose Check after sending. Set up conditions if you only want to be CC/BCC'd on certain messages or click Next to receive CC/BCC on every message you send. Under Actions, location the CC or BCC action and enter your email address.

HiddenBCC	HiddenBCC is an add-in for Microsoft Outlook 2000/2002 (XP)/2003 which enables you to automatically add a predefined BCC recipient to every outgoing message. Freeware version available.
Reply To All Monitor	Keeps Outlook from sending to your own address(es) (or anyone else's) when you click Reply to All. Also can prompt the user to confirm any Reply to All transmissions. Outlook 2000 or later.
