Outlook error: 'error preparing to send sharing message'

Fix error message users receive when they try to send a sharing message after sharing the calendar with another user, they receive a message that there was an error preparing to send sharing message.

Edit and Save Outlook's Read-Only Attachments

Solutions available! When attachments are opened from a message in Outlook 2010, they are read-only. Users cannot edit the attachment and save the changes back to the message, they need to save the attachment to the hard drive and reattach it.

The end date you entered occurred before the start date

Outlook 2010 and Online Presence with Communicator 2005

Communicator 2005 is not supported in Outlook 2010. While you can use both on the same computer, integration, such as online presence indicators and starting an IM session in Outlook, will not work. This will not be fixed. Options > Contacts > Display online stats next to name will show as enabled but is greyed  

Changing the default *.pst and *.ost data file sizes

The default size of a Unicode pst or ost is 20 GB (Microsoft Outlook 2003 or 2007) and 50 GB for Outlook 2010. While this size is fine for most people, it can be raised (or lowered) by editing the registry.

Opening XML files in Outlook
