Displaying a Picture on a Contact

Contact or Business Card images are displayed in the the Business Card view. Open the Contact, double click on the picture placeholder and select an image from your hard drive. For best results, crop and resize it before inserting it into Outlook. To add an image to the business card, double click on the business  

Disable Outlook's Conversation View

Outlook 2010 has a new Conversation view that groups messages together. Many users don't like it, fortunately its easy to disable, using one of two methods. Method 1: Right click on the row of field names and choose Conversations, Show Messages in Conversations. Method 2: Switch to the View ribbon and click on the Conversation  

Where is the Organizer?

Use the View Settings dialog to apply conditional formatting rules to messages in Outlook 2010 and above. In older versions, it's the Customize view dialog or Organize pane.

Outlook supports reminders in any folder and across additional .pst files but the reminder option may need to be enabled.

Disable Protected View for Outlook Attachments

Protected view is a new security feature for all Office documents which arrive in email or are downloaded from Internet sources. This is a security sandbox used by Office 2010 to enhance attachment security. Administrators will be able to control whether all email attachments or only those from outside their Exchange network use Protected view.
