A new feature for Office 365 email account is the Calendar Insights template for Excel. This is template creates a workbook connected to your Office 365 Exchange (or Outlook.com on the new server) calendar and analyses how much time you spend in meetings, the people you meet with the most, when your busiest time of the day is, and more.
To load the Calendar Insight template, open Excel 2016. Go to File, New and open the Business Analysis feature tour template (the icon reads My Calendar).
After opening the template, click "Letâs get started" and sign in to your Office 365 email account. (If you use multi-factor authentication, you might need to use your app password.)
After you are signed in, your calendar data populates the workbook and the dashboard displays detailed analytics based on the meetings and appointments on your calendar. (This screenshot uses the data in an Outlook.com calendar.)
When you're finished, save the workbook so you can update it later.
