Remove Accounts from Add Account List
When you add new accounts to Outlook using File > add Account dialog, Outlook searches for accounts you've previously used in Outlook.
Many users want to know how to remove addresses from the list.
The account list should include Outlook.com accounts, Microsoft 365 business accounts, and Gmail. It picks these addresses up from the registry.
Look in the subkeys under HKEY_CURRENT_USER > Software > Microsoft > Office > 16.0 > Common > Identity > Identities and delete the key (on the left side) that contains the email address (on the right side) you want to remove from the list.
If the accounts are listed in Windows Settings, under Accounts or are used to sign into Office, Outlook may continue to show the account. You'll need to sign the account out of Office to remove it from the list in Outlook. To sign out, open Word or Excel and click on the name on the right side of the title bar. Click on the 3 dots next to the account you want to sign out of.
POP and IMAP accounts (other than Gmail) won't be listed in the Add Account dialog as it only includes accounts that use ADAL or that Outlook supports oAuth2 with.
Birthday Reminders in Outlook's birthday Calendar
If you use the birthday calendar in Outlook.com or Microsoft 365 business account, you cannot change the reminders on birthdays. While you can edit the event, the reminder goes back to the default of 6 AM the day before the birthday (18 hours before the start of the event).
This is a change in behavior from several months ago when the reminder could be changed, and is likely related to the fix for the issue where reminders on shared calendars could not be dismissed.

Teams Free Changes
In mid-2020, Microsoft made Teams available for anyone who wanted it. They are ending that program on April 12 2023 and users have two choices: upgrade to a paid account or use the free Teams included with Microsoft accounts.
The business accounts have a lot more features, including the ability to create multiple teams and have more team members. While the Teams that is included with Microsoft accounts is pretty basic and more like Skype in a new interface.
Upgrading will retain the existing teams data, but it will be lost if switching to the new free Teams.
