Outlook.com: Manage Subscriptions
The Outlook.com product team began rolling the new Manage Subscriptions feature out to users late last year. All Outlook.com accounts should have an option for Manage Subscriptions in Settings now.
Where does the list come from? After the junk mail is filtered out, Microsoft looks for information in the message header that identifies it as a subscription.
What it does: Manage Subscription is list of all senders whose messages contain subscription information in the message. Included is an Unsubscribe button and Outlook.com will try to unsubscribe you. This is great for legitimate subscriptions, such as newsletter or stores you’ve purchased from before.
However, many users discovered their subscription list is full of spammers and fake subscriptions. They cannot (and should not) try to unsubscribe from the fake subscriptions. If the link works, it will verify your address is good (which will lead to more spam) and the unsubscribe link may lead to a page full of malware.
Until Microsoft adds a Delete button, users are stuck with the spam subscriptions on their subscriptions list.

Disable Outlook Archiving Options
An administrator was looking for a way to disable Manual Archiving to prevent his users from archiving mail in Outlook.
You can use a group policy to disable archiving. If you are using the Group Policy templates, under Outlook\Outlook Options\AutoArchive.
With the policy set to disable Clean Up (manual archive) button, disablemanualarchive value is added to this key:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Policies\Microsoft\office\16.0\outlook\preferences
DWORD: disablemanualarchive
Value: 1
To disable AutoArchiving, you need to add the doaging value (to the same key as Clean Up). (This disables the check box to enable AutoArchiving, it doesn’t disable the button, but will prevent users from enabling it):
DWORD: doaging
Value: 0
It’s also possible to disable the Clean Up (manual archive) command and the AutoArchive folder properties button on the ribbon by setting a value in the disabledcmdbaritemslist key.
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Policies\Microsoft\office\xx.0\outlook\disabledcmdbaritemslist
String Value: TCID1 (if you are disabling other commands, replace 1 with the the next consecutive)
Value: 1886 (Clean Up button)
String Value: TCID2 (if you are disabling other commands, replace 2 with the the next consecutive)
Value: 19701 (Archive Settings)
Show location schedule on calendar
This is a common scenario with users who work in multiple offices or locations:
Is there a way of denoting usual working locations without having to block these as appointments? It's not always necessary for me to be marked as 'busy' when I'm just using blocks to show other people where I am, not what I'm doing.
While Outlook doesn’t have a built-in option to do this (Working elsewhere blocks off the time as busy), as long as your coworkers can see your calendar, including appointments that are marked Free, create appointments with your location as the subject and mark the me as Free.
If your coworkers only see the Free/Busy, use a tentative appointment if you will be available for appointments and busy (or working elsewhere) if you won’t be available.
I recommend voting for the suggestion at UserVoice: location schedule on calendar
