The Calendar Checking Tool for Outlook (CalCheck) is a command-line program to check Outlook calendars for problems. Note that this tool is for Exchange server accounts only, it will not work with non-Exchange accounts such as IMAP or POP3.
When you run CalCheck, it checks your general settings, such as permissions, free/busy publishing, delegate configuration, and automatic booking before checking each item in the calendar for known causes of unexpected behavior, such as missing organizer or sender email addresses, missing subjects, conflicting appointments and meeting or duplicates. It will also check to see if you are an attendee who became the organizer. CalCheck generates a report containing the errors it finds.
When you have multiple Exchange accounts in your profile, it checks only the default profile. While it includes a number of switches, you can run calcheck with no switches and it will ask you to choose the profile then process the default mailbox in the profile.
The report includes information on the following (from my Office 365 mailbox).
Local time zone: Eastern Standard Time Publishing 2 month(s) of free/busy data on the server. Resource Scheduling / Automatically accept meeting requests is enabled. Decline recurring meeting requests is not enabled. Decline conflicting meeting requests is not enabled. Delegates for this mailbox: No delegates are set. Permissions on this Calendar :Default: None; Anonymous: None
The error reports will contain information such as this:
