IMAP sync issues: Outlook won’t Exit
Some IMAP users are reporting that Outlook hangs on syncing their IMAP accounts, which prevents Outlook from closing completely. When they look in the Task Manager (with More Details selected), Outlook is still listed in Tasks Manager, but with a gray icon and you need to End Task to close it.
Microsoft is investigating this issue and have a registry key as a workaround.
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Office\16.0\Outlook\IMAP DWORD: AllowLOGOUTWithoutOK Value: 1
If you have this symptom with an IMAP account, I have a ready-to-use registry file available

Office 365’s is renamed Microsoft 365
On April 21 2020, the name on your Office 365 subscriptions will change… to Microsoft 365.
Office 365 Personal accounts will be Microsoft 365 Personal.
Office 365 Home will become Microsoft 365 Family.
On the business side, Office 365 Business Premium will be renamed Microsoft 365 Business Standard.
The perpetual versions will remain Office Home & Student 2019 and Office Home & Business 2019.
While the names are changing, the prices are not changing. They are, however, adding some new features, including a Family Safety app and a Grammarly-like grammar and syntax checker will be in a new editor in Outlook on the web, as well as in the new Edge and Chrome. A Money template for Excel will connect to your bank account to pull in your transactions.

Outlook.com: 1000 pinned messages limit
A user received a warning message in the Outlook mobile client on his iPhone, warning him that he had more than 1000 pinned messages and it would slow the app’s performance.
How did the user get so many pinned messages? As he finished with pinned messages, he clicked the Archive button to move the message out of the Inbox. This is typical behavior for many users. While Archive will mark mail read, it won’t remove flags or pins.
Pins are only visible in the inbox, not in other folders, so unfortunately, the only way to remove the pins is by moving the mail back to the Inbox.
To avoid “polluting” the Inbox, move the mail currently in the Inbox to a new folder, move the archived messages to the inbox and remove the pins then Archive the mail and move the current mail back into the Inbox.
