    Tools

Account Central   Account Central allows secretaries, supervisors or other authorized personnel, without administration privileges or the Exchange admin password, to update certain portions of the Microsoft Exchange directory records.
Directory Assistant   Directory Assistant allows users to modify their directory information. To facilitate ease of setup, the existing "mailbox template" is used as the foundation for customizing Directory Assistant. Directory Assistant can be also configured differently for specific groups of users - enabling system administrators to provide variable levels of authority or approval for changes. Automate the updating by setting up reminders to ensure clients update their information at regular intervals. Clients can update their information using their web browser.
Directory Online   Directory Online is a collection of .Net powered web pages giving users browser access to the Active Directory address list (GAL). People can search the directory, view contact and address details and edit their own details. Directory Online also acts as an online phone book for your organization.
ExMS User Profile Manager   ExMS User Profile Manager (UPM) allows individuals to view and update specific account attributes in Windows, Exchange, and Active Directory account profiles without providing sensitive administrative rights. The proprietary Dynamic Administrative Roles Technology (DART) provides each user with enough limited access needed to perform specific administrative tasks.
IMI GAL Modify   IMI GAL Modify is a small utility for Exchange Admin to modify the Mailbox attributes on MS Exchange Server 5.5. Works on MS Windows 95/98/Me, allowing the admin to modify the mailboxes from a desktop machine.
IMI Mailbox Web Console   Create, modify and delete Mailboxes, Distribution Lists and Custom recipients from any web browser.
Mailbox Manager   Symprex Mailbox Manager allows administrators to maintain mailbox properties, i.e. account information, for mailboxes on Exchange 5.5, 2000 and 2003. Account information can be listed and changed manually or automatically for any number of mailboxes. Update the company, department, office, assistant, contact telephone numbers etc., or set the custom attributes for any number of mailboxes, all at the click of a button. Symprex Mailbox Manager maintains account information and ensures valid up-to-date address lists.
Profiler   Profiler gives the typical end user the ability to update their directory information (telephone number, office location etc) using their browser. Supports password management. Reset Passwords with security questions. Updating membership of Groups and Distribution lists are supported. Because the software is web based, deploying the solution is as easy as giving your users the correct URL or adding a link to your intranet. Supports Exchange 5.5/2000/2003/2007 and OpenLDAP, LDAP v3 (including SSL) for directory updates. Automatic discovery of GC & DC servers for faster configuration. Version 5.
WebDIR   Imanami's Web-Based Directory Management application enables users to update their own directory information, change their own password as well as create, delete and manage groups - all - through any Web browser and end users can opt-into or opt-out of groups with out any time being required from an administrator. Administrators gain access to administrative tasks via any browser and do not have to rely on being in a designated location to administer password resets, groups changes and directory attributes. Now supports Windows Live to map addresses. A free 30-day evaluation is available. Version 4
