Converting mailboxes -- that is, the actual messages and other data -- for use with a different application can be somewhat involved and is best performed with the help of a third party tool. For migrations to Microsoft Exchange, third-party migration services are available. See Migration Services Partners.
If your mailbox is fairly small, you can use an IMAP account to move email between different email clients, including between Windows and Mac clients. Add the IMAP account to your profile, copy your mail to it then create the IMAP account in the other email client and sync it down.

I am trying to help a local non-profit organization that wants to convert from Softalk Mail Server to Office 365. Have yet to find a way to export data from Softtalk in a format that Office can recognize. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
How many mailboxes? Can you get the mail into an email client - preferably outlook but any client should work. Softalk Mail Server supports imap and pop3, so you should be able to get it downloaded. If it's in outlook, either import the pst or move the mail yourself. If it's in another client, Connect to the exchange account using imap and move the mail into the folder.
There is nothing here about making Windows 10 work with Juno.com...is there a solution?
Are you trying to access it in a browser? What happens when you try to use juno.com in windows 10?
