Replies are not in the Sent folder
A user had a problem: his replies are not in the Sent folder, but are in the folder where the original message is. He wants to see the email thread together but also wants the messages in the Sent folder so he can quickly see who he sent mail to.
The sent messages are moving to the folder with the original because of an Outlook option. In File, Options, Mail, about halfway down is an option to "When replying to a message that is not in the Inbox, save the reply in the same folder". The user has it enabled.
To see messages in both the thread in the folder and in the Sent folder, disable the option to save sent items with the original and use the conversation view instead, enabling the option to show messages from other folders.
With Show as conversation and Show messages in other folders, you can leave all mail in the sent folder and still see the replies with the original.
If you don’t like conversation view, right click on replied to date in the message header area and choose Find related messages. (It searches by subject so it's not always useful.)
Or, you can create a search folder for replies and forwards, then with the Conversation view enabled, see all messages in a thread. (Show as Conversations can be set for only the Search folder.)
To use this method, you need to use the Extended properties CFG then create a search folder for replies/forwards (last verb is equal to or greater than 102) . Every message in it will be one you replied or forwarded and with Show as conversations enabled on the folder, you’ll see your replies.

How to forward meetings to another address
A user wants to share some events on his calendar with his partner, specifically the appointments that involve working late or travel.
If the events are appointments, right click and choose Forward. If you need to send multiple appointments, you can hold CTRL as you select the appointments the Forward.
This will forward the appointment as an attachment to email. The recipient opens the attachment and clicks Copy to my Calendar or drags the appointment from the message to the calendar folder.
Note: If your server is configured not to send RTF to internet addresses, Forwarding won’t work; the forwards will be sent as email. You’ll be able to Forward individual appointments from the Forward button on the ribbon. Expand the Forward button and choose ‘Forward as iCalendar’
If the appointment is a meeting, hold Ctrl and drag slightly to make a copy of the meeting as an appointment. The copy won't have accept/decline button, which is good as you probably don’t want your partner to accept a meeting, as the organizer may be notified.
