Tools

Advanced Email Tracker	Add-in for Outlook 2000 and later to add new tracking options -- automatic read receipt (requires the recipient to be using HTML- or web-based mail), manual read receipt, and server-based message retrieval.
Always Bcc	Utility to always do a Cc or Bcc to specific recipients or to selectively copy the message based on filters the user sets. Does not trigger the Outlook security prompts. If you decide to purchase a Sperry Software utility, enter WD9BHK53 during checkout to receive a discount.
Attachment Alarm	Attachment Alarm for Microsoft Outlook add-in scans all outgoing e-mail messages and if it finds words or phrases from the Key words list, it raises the alarm and suggests inserting an attachment in a Microsoft Outlook message.
Auto BCC / CC for Microsoft Outlook	Auto BCC / CC for Microsoft Outlook is an advanced email add-in for Microsoft Outlook that creates a BCC (blind carbon copy) and/or a CC (carbon copy) automatically, every time you send mail. Auto BCC /CC for Microsoft Outlook makes this process very easy, so you don't have to manually BCC the same person over and over again. You can customize the add-in to your needs, i.e. always send a BCC for all outgoing emails, or to the specified addresses only, or if the subject line or the attachment name contains particular words, etc. These settings apply to all outgoing messages, whether it is a new e-mail, an email reply or a forwarded message.
AutoFill BCC	Create rules for filling TO, CC, BCC and SUBJECT fields of new message based on the folder where the original message is stored. Add-in allows to use different settings for different folders. The fields you don't want to change will remain the same. It only allows automatic address management, while message body remains intact. Works with Microsoft Outlook 2000 and up, fully compatible with Microsoft Exchange Server public and shared folders.
ChooseFrom for MS Exchange 2000	Exchange 2000 transport event sink that allows Exchange users to specify any From address, including the secondary addresses on their mailbox.
ClipForm	Export Outlook data -- a whole folder or selected items -- to clipboard, text file, HTML email message, or other file types, with user-defined filters, HTML tags, export fields, etc. Sample templates included. Might be a good solution to the need to send a whole calendar as an email message.
Email Effects	Converts pictures and tables to text.
Email Templates	Exchange/Outlook add-on to create custom replies, forwards, signatures -- inserting any type of boilerplate text into your message. Templates are stored in Outlook or Exchange folders and can contain scripting elements (in VBScript or ET's own script language) to build replies that use information from the incoming message. Various extensions can handle such tasks as mailing list subscriptions. For a rotating quote, download the Rotating Text template. Has some issues with Outlook 2002 -- make sure you get the latest update, disable RTF templates, and don't try to use ET as a custom action in Rules Wizard.
Emoticons Mail	System tray tool to add animated smilies and other "emoticon" .gif images to Outlook messages.
HiddenBCC	HiddenBCC is an add-in for Microsoft Outlook 2000/2002 (XP)/2003 which enables you to automatically add a predefined BCC recipient to every outgoing message. Freeware version available.
Mailto_URL	Context menu command for Internet Explorer 4.0 or later to work around the problems using IE's File \| Send \| Link by E-mail command. (IE inserts a .lnk file that Outlook with the Email Security Update blocks. Even worse, in Windows XP, IE 6.0 inserts only the .lnk file and doesn't include a text hyperlink as previous versions of IE did.) This command creates a new mail message containing the link as text. Follow the Readme.txt instructions to copy the file to your system and register the command. Freeware, 2.4kb 13 Dec 2001.
Metadata Assistant Enterprise	Cleans comments, hidden text, and other meta data from Word documents, either on demand or as they are being sent via Outlook.
Metamail	Send highly formatted messages with complex layouts from within Outlook. Free viewer available so recipients without Metamail can get all the content. Applications include messages with built-in reader-reply cards.
Office Documents	Office Documents adds powerful mail-merge capabilities to Outlook, with merge to Word DOcuments, Excel Spreadhseets and Outlook EMails. Outlook Helper	Free Outlook 2000 add-in to save images from messages, automatically save incoming file attachments to a folder, show an alert for suspected viruses, and perform common tasks on selected messages, forward to distribution lists and omit the sender, etc.
Outlook Responder	Respond to messages with custom HTML templates that can include attachments. Can automatically refile messages to specific folders, based on the template. Operates as a folder home page, so no client install is necessary. Can also do bulk mailings.
Outlook-QuoteFix	Cleans up plain text replies and forwards by tightening the quoting characters, allowing you to specify the quote header, and moving the cursor to the bottom of the message. Beta. Free.
PayPal Payment Wizard	Add PayPal buttons -- payment request, product, service, auction payment, and donation to Outlook messages.
Quick Templates	Quick Templates (QTE) is designed for fast insertion of text templates into Microsoft Outlook 2000/XP/2003 mail messages. Use it to enter frequently repeated text fragments, reducing the time you spend on message writing as well as typos or misprints in your messages. With QTE you can create a template list and insert the text from template into a message by a single mouse click or through a hotkey you can set for each template individually. Version 1.2
ReDirector COM Addin	Allows you to resend an incoming message so the recipient gets it with the original sender's address. COM Addin for Outlook 2000 in Internet Mail Only mode.
Reply To All Monitor	Keeps Outlook from sending to your own address(es) (or anyone else's) when you click Reply to All. Also can prompt the user to confirm any Reply to All transmissions. Outlook 2000 or later.

RightFrom	COM add-in for Outlook 2000 or 2002 that automatically fills in the correct From address when the user is responding to a message in another user's Exchange mailbox. (Use it with the UniSent add-in from the same site. UniSent keeps the outgoing messages in the Sent Items folder of the other users mailbox.)
Scan To Outlook	COM add-in for Outlook 2000 and 2002 to scan documents directly into Outlook messages. Especially handy if you're faxing via the Internet.
SetFrom	Outlook 2000 COM add-in for Corporate/Workgroup mode that lets you automatically insert in the "From:" or "Have replies sent to:" field any address/alias that you need for each outgoing message. If you're mainly concerned with getting From right when replying to mail from another user's Exchange mailbox, RightFrom, from the same author, would be more appropriate.
Template Phrases	With this Outlook plug-in you can quickly insert commonly-typed phrases or blocks of text into e-mail messages, without having to type the same text over and over again.
Video Email	Free Outlook 2003 add-in for using a web camera attached to your PC to send video email messages.
WS:Blank Reply	WS:Blank Reply gives you the functionality to create new emails already addressed with the address details from an original email with one Button or Menu pick. Version 1
