Beginning with Microsoft Outlook 2007 and SharePoint 2007, users can link SharePoint libraries and lists in Outlook. When linked, most library types are a two-way sync: changes you make in Outlook are synced back to the Sharepoint server.

We have a publically accessible Sharepoint Demo site available at XSOLive.com so Outlook users can test Outlook intergration.

Even it’s a long time since this question has be asked, I think it’s still relevant as SharePoint and Teams continues to growth.

At Axpoint we have decided to make our brand new Outlook Add-In free to all small teams up to 5 persons. The free version has no restrictions, no ads and support full functionality which includes:

  • Save emails and attachments to SharePoint, Teams and OneDrive
  • Capture email properties automatically
  •  Attach files to new email including converting to PDF on -the-fly
  • Works cross platform and device, i.e. Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, Web

It can be downloaded from our site https://axpoint.com

Hope this free version can help being more productive.
