Office 2016 Preview Update

A new build (16.0.3930.1004) was released to all beta testers late this afternoon. It should update automatically over the next few days, or go to File, Office Account and check for updates.

New in this build of Outlook is support for Office 365 Groups. The other very noticeable change is in the category colors - still just 25 colors, but they are very bright.

Outlook 2016 for Mac: Propose New Time

The Mac version of Outlook was updated earlier this week. One long-awaited feature finally made it's appearance: Propose New Time. Unfortunately, it is only available in Office 365 and Exchange 2013 mailboxes.

Also new on the Mac side is a preview version of the OneDrive for Business sync utility. Mac users can download it from OneDrive for Business Mac sync client Preview.
