You can use custom views to display just the data you need.

To make it easier to create a custom view, begin by applying a view that is similar to the view you want to create.

If there are fields you don’t need in your view, drag them from the row of field names to remove them from the view.

Next, use the Field Chooser to add the fields you need to the view. Locate the fields and drag them from the field chooser to the row of field names.

If it's a view you'll use often you should save it as a custom view, otherwise, reset the view when finished.
