Fields are Incorrect on the Instant Search More Button
When you use the individual navigation modules in Outlook 2010 and use Instant Search, the More button displays the fields associated with the folder type. For example, if you are in the Contacts module, you'll see contact fields. In the Notes module, you only see notes fields; in Tasks module, you see task fields.

Outlook only starts in Safe Mode?
Problem: Outlook will only open in safe mode. Solution: Repair your Office installation and run scanpst on the data file. The problem is caused, in part, by the 'Windows Search' service. This service provides Outlook's Instant Search and Window's file search features. For a quick fix, you can stop or disable the Windows Search service.
