Problem: Microsoft Outlook won't start minimized

Under Windows 95, the Outlook 97 Rules Wizard breaks the ability of Microsoft Outlook to start minimized, based on the setting in the shortcut used to start Outlook. You might want to try these utilities that can minimize Outlook not to a button on the task bar, but to an icon in the system tray:
