Error Printing HTML Formatted Email

When you receive an error when printing HTML formatted email it’s a problem with the IE printing process.

At the Start, Run command, type the following in the field and press Ok.

regsvr32 shdocvw.dll

Tip: To open the Run command, press Windows Key + R in any Windows version. Type or paste the command into the box and press Enter or click Ok to run it.

At Start menu, Run enter the following and press Enter:

regsvr32 ole32.dll


  • The keyboard shortcut for the Run command is Windows key + R
  • On Vista or Windows7, you can type (or paste) the command into the Start search field.
  • Make sure there is a space between regsvr32 and the DLL name.
