The list of fixes in the Outlook 2010 update for February 9 2016 is very short, with just two problems fixed:
When you forward a non-delivery report (NDR), the body of the resulting message is displayed in Chinese characters unexpectedly.
If you select the plus sign (+) to expand a distribution list in the To field of a meeting request, Outlook might crash if a third-party add-in installed.
In addition, anyone who uninstalled the previous month's updates to revert back to the "old" way Outlook displayed appointments spanning two days will also need to uninstall this update as it contains the bits that change the behavior. This change is expected to be removed in the March 2016 update, and appointments that span 2 days but are less than 24 hours long will again appear as two appointments on the calendar.

February 9, 2016, update for Outlook 2010 (KB3114756)
Since April 5, 2018, Outlook 2010 has been sending blank emails. With long messages, the first several lines are missing. This happens with HTML and RTF messages, plain text messages are fine.
This happens every time I create and send a message. If I go into my sent emails, open the message, it is blank. When I forward the message, the text appears.
This happens with every email I send and it seems to have started on April 5, 2018.
Is it easily reproduced? If so, does it work OK in Safe mode?
