Blackberry Desktop Manager v.6 supports both Outlook 2010 32 & 64 bit (released Feb 2011), rendering the solutions previously listed on this page useless.
Note: Blackberry Enterprise Server users are not affected by the Outlook version. If your calendar and contacts sync over the air using BES, you don’t need to use Desktop Manager to sync them.
“Click to Run” Office 2010 version: will not sync. Most, if not all, add-ins do not work with this version and there is no workaround to make it work. Uninstall Click to run and download the MSI if you need to sync with Blackberry (or most other devices). For more information, see Outlook & Office 2010 Click-to-Run Headaches
Use Google Sync
While the release of the new desktop software rendered this method unnecessary, I’m leaving it here because it could be useful for Click-to-run users who don’t want to (or can’t) download the msi version.
This method syncs only the calendar. Works with both 32- and 64-bit Outlook but is one way only, Outlook to Blackberry.
Save your calendar as an ics file and import it into the Google calendar. Sync your blackberry with the Google calendar using the Google sync app on the Blackberry. This is one way only – appointments created on the blackberry will sync to Google but you can’t sync Google with Outlook 2010 (at this time).
