Create a new profile containing only the Personal
Folders service
Exit and log out of Outlook/Exchange, then restart
it using the new profile. The message in the Outbox
should fail with a "no transport provider"
message.
Exit and log out of Outlook/Exchange, restart it
with your original profile, then try to resend the
fax.
On a system faxing through a network fax server
Exit and log out of Outlook/Exchange on both
computers.
On the network server, delete the spool files in the
C:\Windows\Spool\Fax folder.
