Microsoft Exchange Server 5.5 Service Pack 4

Service Pack 4 for Exchange Server 5.5 is available at Exchange Server 5.5 Service Pack 4 Overview. It is a compilation of previously released hotfixes and does not include any new features.

Microsoft's extended life-cycle support for Exchange Server 5.5 ended January 10, 2006. Microsoft has much of their information and links to downloads archived in TechNet.

  • XADM Update Method Results in Duplicate Calendar Entries with Outlook 2002 - fixes CDO.dll, apparently resolves an issue with the Blackberry server application
  • XADM Information Store Intermittently Stops Responding and an Access Violation Occurs in EcDSDNFromSz -- Using Outlook 2003 to modify or import rules may cause the Exchange store to halt.
