For example, the user wants a rule that moves all mail from people in the Green color category to the Green folder. Or they want to highlight all mail sent from people in the Green category with the green text.

Force users to respond to respond to meeting requests?

Last week I had a question from a user who wanted to force people to respond to meeting requests: "Is there a way to force people to send an accept message, when the appointment goes into their calendar? If I add an event (accept) or meeting from an invite won't the sender be notified that particular person has accepted? "

Change the Business Card Image on Existing Contacts

After upgrading Outlook, the business cards on all contacts have a bland gray image. The business card image needs to be changed on each contact, one at a time.

While you can create a custom form that will apply to all new contacts, the business card on existing contacts won't be updated. This is to preserve any business cards you may have already updated.

A script to troubleshoot issues with Exchange ActiveSync
From the Exchange team blog: The Exchange support team relatively frequently receives cases where mobile devices using Exchange ActiveSync (EAS) protocol send too many requests to Exchange server resulting in a situation where server runs out of resources, effectively causing a ‘denial of service’ (DOS) attack. The worst outcome of such a situation is that the server also becomes unavailable to other users who may not be using EAS protocol to connect.
