Last year I wrote about a problem the occurs when Windows Mobile devices sync with Outlook 2007 SP2, where recurring annual events, such as birthdays, are converted to recurring every 12 years. This is caused by Outlook's ability to set an appointment's recurrence to "every x years". This recurrence setting was added to Outlook beginning with Outlook 2007 SP2 but this recurrence pattern is not supported by Window Mobile's calendar.
Outlook 2010 is also affected.
We're using Exchange 2010 and have a large number
of distribution groups we need to mail enable. Is
there a way to mail-enable all of the groups at
once?
Sure. There is a cmdlet you can use:
get-group -organizationalunit OU_Name | enable-distributiongroup
This cmdlet finds all of the universal groups
within the organizational unit and enables them
as distribution groups.
See Get-Group cmdlet for more information

We get this question frequently: "Can you assign
a new meeting organizer to an existing meeting?"
TThe answer is no, you can't change the meeting
organizer. You'll need to cancel the meeting and
resend it from the new organizer's account. If
the organizer's mailbox was deleted, the meeting
can't be cancelled and each invitee will need to
delete the meeting from their calendar.
A frequent request is the ability to set the
From account on a contact so all mail to that
contact will be from a specific account. While
Outlook 2010 doesn't offer this, if you have more
than one account in your profile, outlook will
send the message from the account associated with
the folder you are currently viewing.
This has caused some confusion for some users who
were not aware of this new behavior - they
expected the mail to be sent from the account
they set as default account in Account Settings.

Birthdays recur
every 12 Years
http://www.slipstick.com/problems/recur12yrs.asp
In this calendar sync bug, All Day events that
recur yearly are changed to recur every 12 years.
This affects Windows Mobile users who sync their
device between two different computers using
Outlook 2007 SP2. The problem is related to
Outlook 2007 SP2's ability to set an
appointment's recurrence to "every N years". This
recurrence setting was added to Outlook beginning
with Outlook 2007 SP2 but this recurrence pattern
is not supported by Window Mobile's calendar.
