The tools listed on this page are used for sending mail to multiple recipients, including mail merge. Use them to send newsletters and other bulk mail. Many can be configured to slowly send messages if your ISP limits the number of messages you can send in a time period.

If some messages arrive from the Internet looking like scrambled eggs, then you need to save each one as a file, then decode it. This is much less of a problem with current versions of Microsoft Outlook than it was with older versions of Microsoft Outlook and Exchange Messaging. There are two types of files

These tools reduce the amount of space required to store attachments and the amount of time required to send messages by applying various compression techniques. If you use Outlook 2010, see Outlook 2010′s Default Attachment Size for an issue that may cause issues when using these tools. The applications on this page integrate with Outlook.
