BCM - FAQ (468x60)

BCM Toolbar Not Visible in Outlook

If the BCM toolbar is not visible in Outlook, first check to verify that Outlook doesn't have it disabled.
  1. Enable Business Contact Manager
  2. Go to Help->About Microsoft Office Outlook
  3. Select the Disabled Items button on the bottom right hand corner
  4. If Business Contact Manager is listed, click Enable
  5. Restart Outlook and the Business Tools should now be listed
