If the BCM toolbar is not visible in Outlook, first check to verify that Outlook doesn’t have it disabled.
- Enable Business Contact Manager
- Go to Help->About Microsoft Office Outlook
- Select the Disabled Items button on the bottom right hand corner
- If Business Contact Manager is listed, click Enable
- Restart Outlook and the Business Tools should now be listed
